Thaï soup seasoned with coconut milk



1 dose Engery Diet Thaï soup

150 ml of half skimmed milk

100 ml coconut milk

1 stalk lemongrass

Some peas

5g fresh ginger

Some coriander leaves

1 teaspoon of red curry paste (optional)

2 teaspoons Nuoc Mam (optional)

Lime Juice




Cut the lemon stalk into thin pieces.

Cook the pieces together with the peas for 10 minutes and then drain.

Peel the ginger and grate it.

Mix a dose of Energy Diet Thaï soup with milk, and coconut milk in a shaker

and shake it very well. Pour the preparation in a sauce pan and add the cooked

vegetables, the ginger and the lime juice.

If you want to spice up your soup, add the red curry paste

and a little bit of Nuoc Mam. Add in small amounts, it is very spicy!

Remove from heat, sprinkle with coriander leaves and serve fast!
