Chocolate waffles


  • 16 doses of Energy Diet Bread
  • 1 bag of hazelnut-chocolate spread
  • 80g white cheese
  • 15g sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 10 cl 1⁄2 skimmed milk
  • 1⁄2 tsp. yeast




In a bowl, mix 16 doses of Energy Diet bread, yeast and sugar. Add milk, cheese and egg gradually. Beat energetically until you obtain a smooth paste.

With a tablespoon, you place the dough on the waffle iron and spread it with the back of the spoon in a thick layer.

Let cook more or less for a crispy or mellow texture.

Prepare the chocolate-hazelnut spread by mixing the contents of 1 bag with 3 doses of water. Spread it on the waffles.
