Apple pie

Today is the turn of the classic and tasty apple pie by our nutritionist Christelle with a touch of flavour and balance: Energy Diet Vanilla.



  • Energy Diet Delight of the islands, vanilla flavour
  • 2 apples
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 70 g flour
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 250 ml of semi-skimmed milk



  • Mix in a bowl the eggs, vanilla sugar, flour and cinnamon.
  • Prepare in a shaker 1 dose of Energy Diet with 250 ml of milk, then add the mixture into the bowl.
  • Peel and cut the apples into small pieces to add them to the dough. Mix everything thoroughly.
  • Pour everything into a baking dish and place in oven for 30 minutes at 160 ° C.
  • Remove from the oven and serve with pride and greed.
