WHOLEGRAIN PESTO PASTA WITH SPINACH
- Energy Diet Vegetable Cream Soup
- 100g baby spinach
- 1/4 bunch of basil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp pine nuts
- Cut the stalks, wash and drain 100g of spinach leaves.
- Chop 1 clove of garlic and pine nuts.
- Crush these ingredients in olive oil.
- Mix the pesto and add 2 tbsp. of water to 1 dose of Energy Diet.
- Serve pasta and add the pesto without mixing it.
