•Energy Diet Bread and spreadable with forest fruit
•200 ml of skimmed milk
•1 egg
•1 teaspoon of baker’s yeast

•In a shaker, mix the yeast with the warm milk. Add 7 pods Energy Diet bread and shake everything, then add 1 egg and shake again.
•Cook the waffles.
•Prepare the spreadable by mixing contents with water. Spread the spreadable over the waffles.
