• Energy Diet Forest Delight, Red Berries
• 12 tablespoons cottage cheese
• 100 ml of half skimmed milk
• Chocolate chips
• In a bowl mix 1 dose Energy Diet with milk and cottage cheese.
• Put some biscuits on the bottom of each glass and then put a layer of Energy Diet mixture.
• Make another layer, this time with crumbled speculaas and then finish with the mixture Energy Diet.
• Add 4 small milk chocolate chips on top of each glass.
