• 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
• 1 tablespoon mustard
• 4-5 tablespoons of cottage cheese 20%
• 1 tablespoon organic ketchup
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• Salt and pepper

• Mix the Energy Diet dose omelette with herbs in balsamic vinegar to obtain a homogeneous paste.
• Stir in mustard and cottage cheese, ketchup, paprika, mix well.
• Season it with salt and pepper.
• Place in a refrigerator for 10 minutes before serving.
• Serve with seasonal raw vegetables: cauliflower, radish, cucumber, carrot … or as an accompaniment to fish.
