Today is the turn of the classic and tasty apple pie by our nutritionist Christelle with a touch of flavour and balance: Energy Diet Vanilla.
- Energy Diet Delight of the islands, vanilla flavour
- 2 apples
- 4 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 70 g flour
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 250 ml of semi-skimmed milk
- Mix in a bowl the eggs, vanilla sugar, flour and cinnamon.
- Prepare in a shaker 1 dose of Energy Diet with 250 ml of milk, then add the mixture into the bowl.
- Peel and cut the apples into small pieces to add them to the dough. Mix everything thoroughly.
- Pour everything into a baking dish and place in oven for 30 minutes at 160 ° C.
- Remove from the oven and serve with pride and greed.
